Join us as Scotty Johnson, of Defenders of Wildlife, presents a different kind of focus related to our changing climate - that humans are a powerful force of nature and we can harness that power to create a better future for coming generations. Johnson will reframe the debate around the scientific and cultural challenges (or opportunities, as he puts it), examine the impact of global warming on Arizona and Arizona wilderness and wild creatures, and debunk the myth that we’ll have to sacrifice tremendously to make a difference, including ways individuals and communities can reduce their carbon footprints.
