Kassandra Kelly

Kassandra works in Defenders’ Northwest office as a member of the project team for the Conservation Registry, an online database that records, tracks, and presents conservation action information on multiple scales, which enables a better understanding of the scope of existing conservation actions on the ground. Kassandra also serves as the contact person for the Biodiversity Partners project, which aims to promote and support regional and statewide strategies to conserve biodiversity.

Before joining Defenders of Wildlife, Kassandra worked in the visual and performing arts in Portland, Oregon as a consultant and grant writer.

Kassandra holds a B.A. from Reed College and an M.F.A. from Pacific University.
