Sea Otter Education and Outreach

A critical component to Defenders of Wildlife’s sea otter conservation and recovery program is education and outreach. It is our belief, that through providing educational information, the public is best positioned to know the latest sea otter conservation and recovery issues, efforts, and facts.

Sea Otter Education Trunk

Defenders of Wildlife will provide, with a refundable deposit, a trunk containing sea otter educational materials (books, sea otter skull, sea otter paw molds, fact sheets, prey items, puppet). This trunk is housed in our Sacramento, CA office. If interested, please get in touch with Pamela Flick, Defenders’ California Program Coordinator, at pamela.flick@defenders.org and Jim Curland, Defenders’ Marine Program Associate, at jim.curland@defenders.org
