Rally 2008!
September 18 – 21, Pittsburgh, PA
Defenders teamed up with NatureServe to sponsor a track of workshops focused exclusively on biodiversity at the 2008 Land Trust Alliance Rally.
The workshops brought in experts from other NGOs, land trusts, foundations and government agencies to cover a variety of topics including biodiversity basics, state wildlife action plans, technical tools for conserving biodiversity, using the Farm Bill, and ecosystem services.
