Southern Resident orcas, a genetically distinct group of killer whales, may disappear forever unless action is taken. Defenders of Wildlife is working closely with a coalition of local and national environmental groups and scientists to develop a comprehensive recovery plan that will address all of threats to this endangered population of orcas and implement strategies to recover them.
