Q: Can I take action on your site if I am not a U.S. resident?
A: In order to make all our congressional communications as effective as possible, you must be a constituent in order to send a message to a member of Congress. Since non-residents don't have representation in the U.S. Congress, you are not able to take congressional actions. You can, however, take our actions that target the US President, administration officials, corporate CEOs and others. Please visit the Action Center to find actions to such targets.
